Congratulations are due for Digital Shadows after securing $8M in funding from Storm Ventures, Passion Capital and TenEleven Ventures, as well as several notable cyber security industry figures as business angel investors. The four-year-old cyber intelligence company is using the funding to expand its business with overseas offices in San Francisco and New York.

Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, announced the news in New York City yesterday, where he took the opportunity to praised London’s tech talent and Digital Shadows in a speech showcasing London tech innovation.
