Who is Pippa Murray and what is Pip & Nut?
Pippa Murray launched Pip & Nut, an all-natural nut butter brand, in January 2015. Whilst training for marathons, Pip often found herself eating peanut butter straight from the jar but found that most brands were full of palm oil or sugar, while the healthy ones were just a little too healthy looking! She won Escape the City’s ‘Escape to the Shed’ competition and spent 3 months living, working and launching her business from a shed in Central London. Pip & Nut is stocked in Wholefoods, Sainsbury, Selfridges & Ocado and she has partnership with Nike, Sweaty Betty and Movember, as well as being a multi award winner entrepreneur.
You get a private dining experience with a knowledgeable speaker, 2 course dinner with wine or soft drinks plus highly curated and relevant networking.
P.S. TableCrowd are offering complimentary cab rides home (£15) thanks to their partner, Gett, on first download of the app. Download the app in advance.
Pippa Murray, is the founder of Pip & Nut, an all-natural nut butter brand with a fun edge which she launched in January 2015. Pip has a love of marathon running. Whilst training she often found herself eating peanut butter straight from the jar noticing that most supermarket brands were laden with either palm oil and sugar, while the healthy ones were just a little too healthy looking. Pip entered her concept for Pip & Nut into a competition – ‘Escape to the Shed’, run by Escape the City. After pipping 3,000 entrants to the post, she left her day job as a Producer at the Science Museum and spent three months living, working and launching her business from a shed in Central London. Pip & Nut is stocked in Wholefoods, Sainsbury, Selfridges & Ocado and she has partnership with Nike, Sweaty Betty and Movember, as well as being a multi award winner entrepreneur.
