Who is Eric Partaker?
Eric grew up in Chicago where he fell in love with both Mexican food and the hospitality industry. He helped pay his way through school with various restaurant and bar jobs and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Finance degree in 1999. Before Chilango Eric worked together with fellow co-founder Dan Houghton at Skype in London. It was whilst at Skype that Eric and Dan started to collaborate on their ambitions to build a Mexican restaurant chain from scratch. They have served around 7 million burritos to date, nearly enough for one for every Londoner!
