Kathleen will be telling her story: a girl from Gravesend who scaled the heights of advertising and media before taking the entrepreneurial leap to launch a truly differentiated headhunting company in the sector she passionately cares for. Over the past seven years, The Lighthouse Company, has accumulated the views and opinions of thousands of industry leaders through their annual New World Talent Survey. On the evening, Kathleen will be sharing some of the most pertinent themes from this year’s newly released results as well as some of the most enduring trends from the past couple of years. There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussions.

Kathleen Saxton is the founder and Chief Executive of bespoke headhunting firm, The Lighthouse Company, and co-founder of Advertising Week Europe.
After an 18 year, 360 degree journey in media and advertising, Kathleen moved into professional headhunting.
In 2009, Kathleen set up The Lighthouse Company with a vision to create the modern headhunting firm that clients demanded. Today, The Lighthouse Company represents talented individuals globally, and works with the most interesting and forward thinking businesses, both in creative and media.
Kathleen is a psychotherapy graduate from Regents University, seeing patients at The Grove Practice. She holds a non-exec directorship, contributes regularly to the Government Speakers for Schools programme, is president of the Centre for separated families, sits on the board of Childline and passionately speaks about leadership within the digital age.
Kathleen lives in Hampstead, has two children Ned and Nancy, plays the flute and piano, and loves live music.
The dinner is hosted by Anita, Tamar and Randy. One of TableCrowd's hosts will also be there to look after you on the night.

Tamar is the CEO of an event tech start-up, GleanIn.com, who develop social software for event organisers. Previously Tamar worked for 15 years in the exhibition industry as portfolio director for Reed Exhibitions.
Randy, is the Head of digital marketing at i2iEventsgroup, an international BtB events and tradeshow organizers. Having worked for ten years in marketing and communication across various industries, Randy has a proven record in customer acquisition.
