Enjoy dinner drinks and a chance to meet…
Thom Elliot is co-founder of Pizza Pilgrims, a chain of pizza restaurants located predominantly in London. Pizza Pilgrims, named as one of the must-eat places to eat pizza around the world, was originally founded by Thom and his brother James after an initial 6 week trip driving around Italy for pizza inspiration! Launched initially as a street food business, Pizza Pilgrims served pizza from the back of a Piaggio Ape van, but scaled to then open a number of restaurants. Thom will share all on this journey and offer inspiration for other foodies who are starting or growing their own food based business adventures.

This dinner is perfect for…
Business owners, CEO’s and management level.
If you'd like to join but don't fall neatly within the above categories, please email us at hello@tablecrowd.com to discuss whether this is the right dinner for you. Also feel free to check out our other dinners as another might match you perfectly!

The dinner conversation will be…
Take this opportunity to hear from a successful entrepreneur who has co-conceived, grown and scaled a restaurant business to much acclaim! Listen to Thom as he shares all on:
✓ Why starting as a street food business is a good place to start.
✓ Building a successful restaurant brand and business.
✓ Growing your business on a bootstrapped budget.
✓ The story of Pizza Pilgrims and what you can learn from it.
Expect to be inspired by the story of how Thom and his brother developed their business from their initial ‘in the pub’ idea, to a growing restaurant chain. Take this opportunity to chat with Thom and your fellow diners informally over dinner.

In 2011, brothers Thom and James travelled to Italy to discover the art of pizza making - with a production crew filming their journey along the way. They then transformed a Piaggio Ape van into a mobile pizza oven to bring pizza street food to London. They then release a book and launched a series of Pizza Pilgrims restaurants in London and recently Oxford.
