Since the UK adopted Black Friday from the US in 2013, it has accelerated the online shopping revolution and has caused significant changes in shopping habits. Black Friday has brought Christmas spending forward and has also highlighted how many people are now using their smartphones and tablets to shop.

Andre has been involved in retail technology since 2002 and you may have caught him on SKY TV recently, talking about some of the issues arising from Black Friday. Take this chance to meet Andre and to talk to him over dinner about how your business can capitalise on the Black Friday phenomenon.

Andre has been involved in retail technology since 2002 and prior to that was part of the Adobe team that brought Adobe Acrobat to the UK. He was recently interviewed on Sky TV regarding some of the issues arising from Black Friday. He has also been asked to speak at a number of retail events about preparing for Black Friday and the lessons learned from 2014.

Andre is co-founder & CEO at ATTRAQT. They provide a visual merchandising platform to online retailers, which acts as a plug-in to their existing eCommerce platform and provides them with tools to merchandise more effectively through their eCommerce sites. ATTRAQT has approx. 100 retail clients including Tesco F&F, Superdry, Boohoo, Ben Sherman, Emma Bridgewater, Heals, Fat Face, Screwfix, Wilko and White Stuff.
