In 2002 Jamie Oliver founded Fifteen London, a restaurant that uses the magic of food to give unemployed young people a chance to have a better future. All profits from the restaurant go to the Jamie Oliver Foundation, registered charity number "1094536".

Fifteen's purpose is two-fold: firstly to offer young people, often in need of a break in life, the experience of learning to work in the restaurant business and secondly, for customers to enjoy fantastic food and knowledgeable customer service.

The Restaurant is the centerpiece of the Fifteen experience. More contemporary than the Trattoria in design, the Restaurant has a more elegant and intimate feel. The service, style of food and the extensive global wine list showcase the finest Italian food, all freshly prepared and served by professional chefs and apprentices. Like the Trattoria, all menus are tweaked on a daily basis to ensure the best seasonal produce from the UK and Italy.
