Dinner for people working and interested in social enterprise to break bread, network, share experiences & contacts.
We're really excited to co-host this dinner with Inspiring Adventures.
Our after-dinner speaker is Eugenie Teasley, founder of youth charity Spark+Mettle. Eugenie loves enabling young people (and others) to realise their aspirations whilst at the same time connecting them with the people, ideas and organisations who can help get them where they want to go.
In May 2011, she founded a youth charity called Spark+Mettle. Billed as an aspirations agency, its aim is to help people flourish, and its Star Track programme shapes, supports and accelerates the emerging talent in marginalised 18–24 year olds. Through Spark+Mettle she has developed a number of small pilot projects, and recently co-founded Up (upupup.io)— a skills development and feedback app. (Her words - ) "Everything I do, I do it with others, and none of it would be worth anything to anyone without these other awesome brains."
She's 2014 Clore Social Leadership Fellow and writes regularly for the Guardian.
We're looking forward to hearing her story so far.
