After leaving school, Tracey worked in advertising and marketing at a number of leading advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi. Tracey put her work career on hold when her daughter was born, but fast forward to her early fifties, and after identifying a clear gap in the marketplace, she took her advertising and marketing skills and experience to create Fighting Fifty.
