Suzie Walker is founder of the UK's first paleo energy bar brand company, The Primal Pantry. The Primal Pantry offer healthy on-the-go snacks that are free from any grains, refined sugars, soy and overly processed vegetable oils. Now stocked in Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco Express, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, Planet Organic and Ocado as well as various independent stores, gyms and yoga studios, Suzie and the team are on target to further scale this food brand success story. Now in their 4th year of trading, they are heading towards turnover of £6m and looking to export to 34 countries. Suzie will be sharing all on her own business journey, passing on valuable advice and knowledge on how to negotiate with retailers - both big and small.

As a qualified nutritionist, Suzie Walker has always had a complete passion for wholesome real food. She came across a major challenge; many of her clients struggled to find healthy on-the-go snacks that were free from any grains, refined sugars, soy and overly processed vegetable oils. So, in late 2013, with some nuts, some coconut and a blender, she embarked upon making her own paleo bars. The Primal Pantry launched in February 2014, and within the first two weeks of trading had already sold 20,000 Primal Pantry Bars. Now in year 4 of trading, they are targeting a turnover of £6m and to export to 34 countries.
