After a 15 year career working in national newsrooms and writing best-selling books, she has switched her focus to help others raise their profile. Helen promotes the reputations of business leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, political figures and celebrities, raising their profile so they can become a thought-leader in their profession.

After a 15 year career working in national newsrooms and writing best-selling books, she has switched her focus to help others raise their profile. Helen promotes the reputations of business leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, political figures and celebrities, raising their profile so they can become a thought-leader in their profession.

Helen typically helps clients secure keynote and panel talks, place opinion pieces or profile pieces in prestigious publications, build a client's social media presence, promote clients to the media as a go-to commentator in their industry, undertake presentation training, media training, book promotion and training on how to handle a negative story.

Helen is also a founding partner (and now an advisor to) Nine Media Training and Consultancy, a team of working journalists who give the inside track on how the media works to PRs, comms professionals and small businesses so they can pitch to the press more effectively.

Helen is an experienced speaker and has given talks at How the Light Gets In Festival, Wilderness Festival and various other supper clubs. Helen’s latest book, This Girl Ran: Tales of a Party Girl Turned Triathlete, has helped her to become something of a commentator on and supporter of women in sport.
