Due to a number of factors, the business went into administration and was then sold for £1.4m. Who is Richard Sargeant?
Richard Sargeant is an inspirational and honest entrepreneur, who has started, owned and sold a number of businesses over the last 18 years. He was the co-founder and owner of national restaurant chain Handmade Burger Company, which grew to over 850 team members, 29 restaurants, with a turnover in excess of £27m. In 2017, the business entered administration and was then sold for £1.4m.
