Multiple award-winning entrepreneur Joe Carnell runs the front facing teams, including campaign acquisition, business development and strategy, at Growth Hat. After declining his university offers to start his first business at the age of 19, Joe partnered with celebrity entrepreneur Jamal Edwards MBA (Founder of SBTV) and together they formed ÜGOT, a multi-site health food retailer before exiting in 2017.
Ed leads the marketing teams at Growth Hat and first entered the funding world when he began writing investment proposals and strategies for pre-seed and seed businesses. His network of clients soon grew and his role in each business developed also, working with companies to develop their brand identity, market position and strategy for growth.
Joe and Ed have meticulously developed a 3 phase programme to maximise campaign success. As well as this they work with brands on pre and post campaign activities including cornerstone sourcing and post raise growth activation.
