Join us for dinner, drinks & a chance to meet fellow startups, followed by an after-dinner talk and informal Q&A with Diane Perlman, Global CMO at MassChallenge.

Diane will be talking after dinner about the opportunities with MassChallenge and how they help startups win, and well as sharing insights and experience from working with a range of startups from different industries at both MassChallenge & Microsoft Ventures.

Diane Perlman, Global CMO at MassChallenge
Tenacity and drive, and sheer determination are in Diane's DNA, so leadership and entrepreneurship come naturally to her. She's also passionate about creating and nurturing memorable brands and experiences that win mindshare and inspire customer desire and loyalty. Diane is a full-stack marketer with specific expertise in consumer marketing and branding.
She has recently joined MassChallenge, the world's largest startup accelerator and competition as their new global CMO.
Previously, she was Microsoft’s UK Startup Lead, where she founded the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator programme in London, graduating 37 startups over two years, and managed the BizSpark programme. She spent the prior 4 years at Microsoft as the UK Marketing Communications Lead for Windows Phone, including launching Windows Phone 8.
She came to the UK from the US 15 years ago on the internet bubble, as Marketing Director of a US technology startup, after shaping their name, brand, proposition and assisting in several rounds of fundraising. Subsequently, she went back to agency life, as a Group Account Director at Grey London working on the Nokia account, followed by digital agency Wheel (now LBI). Diane then set off on her own, opening virtual branding and marketing agency Branding Matters, where she consulted to startups as well as large multinationals and other agencies for 7 years before joining Microsoft. She has now come full circle back to her startup roots.
