Our workshops are designed to give practical and hands-on advice. Attendees will leave with new skills and knowledge that can be used immediately in their business or plans.

This workshop is for founders/ management level in startups looking to make an SEIS or EIS advance assurance application.

What outcomes can you expect?

You can expect to be a position to submit your advance assurance application yourself without needing to pay any other fees to your advisors.

Introduction and overview
~ Overview to SEIS and EIS.
~ Why you need it.
~ How to explain it to your investors to help close your round.
~ What an advance assurance actually is - and means.

Your advance assurance application
~ Eligibility of your trade.
~ SEIS or EIS or both.
~ Preparing each document you need to submit.

What are the details?

It is a half day workshop, starting at 9am - midday. You will work through the application process as a group but then there will be time for you to work on your application individually. The host will stay around afterwards to help everyone 1-2-1 to ensure you leave in a position to submit your application.

Location will be sent to attendees. Central London.

Every completed advance assurance application her company has submitted has been approved and they have claimed SEIS/EIS for other 100,000 investors.
